    In the library

    1. Federal forms (such as 1040 forms). You may take up to two of each form. We can print online State and Federal forms (such as PA-40, PA-1000 Rent Rebate) for 15 cents per page.
    2. Use our computers for free to file your returns online -- be sure to use a site that allows you to file for free (see list on this page).
    3. Get your taxes done for FREE at area locations, usually in February. Federal, state, local and rent rebate help. Call 2-1-1 for an appointment and to make sure you qualify.

      • Sometimes they offer free tax help.Call 2-1-1.
      • You can print Rent Rebate forms at their office. Booklets should be available by the beginning of March.
