    In the library

    1. Free State and Federal forms (such as PA-40 and 1040 forms, 1040 instruction booklets). You may take up to two of each form. We can print online forms for 15 cents per page.
    2. Use our computers for free to file your returns online -- be sure to use a site that allows you to file for free (see list on this page).
    3. Get your taxes done for FREE at area locations, usually in February. Federal, state, local and rent rebate help. Call 2-1-1 for an appointment and to make sure you qualify.
